Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Halfling in existence. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Bowyer profession.

History: Fargas was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Fargas took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up scythe and armor he uses now. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

History: Born to a Dyer, her father struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Gardener hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was granted necromantic powers by her dying brother.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and she is wracked by social anxiety

Description: She is a physically imposing light-skinned woman. She is typically in her Crown-heir uniform. Her auburn hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a butterfly scrunchie. Her brown eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Eldeth isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Dwarven unity. Further she is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She tends to her Crown-heir job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Motivation: She seems to be bored by most things; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his singing with anyone who is interested.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Thar liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.

History: Skirt was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered poetry. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: He was born into a rich family. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He wants revenge against dire rats; and he's in love

Description: A well shaped woman just over fifty, she wears a shirt that is too small, which lets her gut show, with a ratty tan coat over it. Her hair is long and silver with streaks of brown, and is pulled back with small tan clips. Her eyes are a pleasant blue.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Duvamil was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She moved out east to avoid the crime she committed. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture; and seeks redemption
