Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While he appears to be a normal Half-Orc, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this eastern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: Roondar lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes illithids are coming to abduct people. She also has developed a complete distrust of the Sellsword profession.

History: Gifted from a young age, Skirt studied abroad. While she appears to be a normal Tabaxi, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Spy for hire.

Motivation: To be a Sellsword again.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

History: Darrak was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature quarterstaff.

Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Nikki is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.
