History: She got into the Dilettante business at a young age. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Dilettante. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Gilkass fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Like her father and her sister before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Performer. She struck the Performer job and began her own company from there.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Nirgel's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Spice Merchant arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
