History: The child of a Marshal, who enjoyed hunting, Silaqui was taken on many hunting expeditions. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Orryn embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and he wants revenge against giants

History: Ekemon was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Hunter. He became a Hunter soon after.

History: He was born in the west. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. After a long history of fighting, Astar and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Gnomish conditions. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: To be a Hunter again.

Personality: A deeply religious woman she believes everything happens for a reason. She invented a lineage for herself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: Margery hails from a village terrorized by illithids. In her 17th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: She has passion for adventuring and risk; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and she desires to right it

Description: Runty and weak-looking, he is wearing a long, black cloak. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of drow may trigger it at times.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His parents were killed by drow in a raid when he was still a young child. The drow captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by drow. Euron was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the drow.

Motivation: Many drow want him driven away.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 42. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
