History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She's also a talented Barber, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Windy was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Carter work with an outfit from a few towns over. Carter work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

History: Gilbert hails from a village terrorized by giants. His parents were killed by giants in a raid when he was still a young child. The giants captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud.

History: Adran lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His mother worked until he suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. He had to support his now crippled mother and took his mother's old job. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the south; and doesn't want to be a ruler and was forced into it by his family

Description: This eastern woman's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, she slurs her words together. She usually wears her grey robe and has her spear always slung over her shoulder. Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of her. She is by nature obliging.

History: Gifted from a young age, Susannah studied abroad. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and revenge

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
