Description: This man stands a little under 6'0" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He prefers to wear brown clothing when he does not wear armor. His black fur is unkempt and raggedy. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines green.
Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.
History: Spear was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.
Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers.

Personality: Gildmak is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He works hard and plays hard.
History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and he loathes his own lifestyle

Description: He wears a black coat over a white low-cut shirt, and a wide-brimmed hat upon his head. His white hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines white.
Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Mantus grew up listening to his father's many stories. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered east to less war torn lands. Being a Bookbinder kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He was granted psionic powers by his dying sister.

Personality: She is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends she is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy herself. She uses divination through singing.
History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Painter arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Her father was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: She will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken her opponents. Despite her formidable combat skills she remains a coward. She is an amazing painter.
History: Whurdred hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Dwarves in Whurdred's homeland. Whurdred decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Description: She is an average looking eastern female in her early mid-life. She is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by her earthly robes.. Her hair is brown, silky, and of moderate length. Her eyes are a pleasant amber.
Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.
History: Drusilia was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
Motivation: To reunite with her old friends.
