History: Spring hails from a village terrorized by brigands. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: Born in the south to a Shepherd, Erias learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Erias grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Erias. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Shepherd for hire.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Shepherd responsibilities is difficult; and a rival would like him out of the picture

History: A powerful brothel owner made her what she is. She was taken from her home at a very young age. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the west; and she is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. Aura is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Aura hails from a village terrorized by drow. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Many drow want him driven away.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by brigands. Barendd was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the brigands.
