Description: The woman speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. She seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if she got out from a pool a few moments ago. She wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates her frame. She has wavy rusty crest. Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are red.
Personality: She is a Fletcher first and foremost. She believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. She has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.
History: She was born in the south, but her parents moved at a very young age to the west. A serious injury left her father unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm father. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and she made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it

Personality: She trusts no one. She is not readily capable for forgiveness and her ire never leaves her. She lacks moral complications. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.
History: Rose was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. Her parents enrolled her in a Sorcerer school at a young age so that she could practice her druidic talents. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg; and further expansion of business

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. In her 17th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. In his 11th year, his parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Efferil alone in the world.
