She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. History: She comes from a rich northern family. Her parents were killed by orcs in a raid when she was still a young child. The orcs captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.
