History: Gaaki was born the youngest of three triplets. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered east to less war torn lands. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Simon took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up ceremonial dagger and armor he uses now. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city.
