History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.

Personality: Prone to second guessing herself, she comes off as nervous. A fanatic, her devotion to her small selection of gods is unquestionable. She claims to be doing their will and will base all her actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: Kathra lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Half-Elven companion (her 'brother'). She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Elves in the east were limited. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He wears many layers of old clothing at all times. His auburn hair is matted, messy, and big. His hazel eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. The war was a terrible time for him, and Laucian does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he is content

Personality: She is enamored with her job. She loves it. She likes the challenge and she likes helping those less fortunate than her. She also has developed a complete distrust of the Bowyer profession.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Glassblower.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg; and sabotage a competitor

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and money/treasure

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what she was had she not made sure her armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit she wears baggy red pantaloons and a brown scarf. Her hair is brown, silky, and of moderate length. Her fierce gray eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: She hates Halflings with a passion. As such she is filled with self loathing. She is fiercely devoted to her father, and views her father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-sister.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Halfling conditions. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Motivation: Marry her sister to traveling adventurers; and an old rival family wants her found

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit men.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends.
