Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.
History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

He wears his golden hair up in a very large beehive style do. His gray eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: This man loves dancing and to teach people dancing more than just about anything. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of gnolls once and for all.
History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He took after his father in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his father taught him to defend himself. When his father died while fighting gnolls, the young Harbek began to lead the lost caravan. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and retire the richest man in the east

Personality: She is a woman who does what she needs to. She will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. She is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Dragonborns.
History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: Wants to raise her children well; and marry her brother to traveling adventurers

Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. On top of that she is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to her employer will always come first she doesn't like to hit women.
History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: To settle down with her crush; and to reunite with her absent father

Description: This late middle aged man dresses well, typically a more casual-formal manner and is in decent physical shape. His hair is always cut to a buzz. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his blue eyes.
Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.
History: Born to a Barber, his father struggled to pay the bills. Robert liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Robert fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

She tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with her rolled up shirt sleeves this gives her a very relaxed look. Her auburn hair is still thick. Her green unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.
History: Vanchu was born in the west. At a young age she loved to build and create. She has had some formal dancing training, and achieved minor success. After a long history of fighting, Vanchu and her spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.
History: She was born at the edge of vast forest. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
