Description: He is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 6'4" when asserting himself. His black crest is unkempt and raggedy. His red eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: He hates Dragonborns with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.
History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Dragonborn conditions. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Description: The light-skinned man stands 3'7" and tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. He wears his blonde hair down. His amber eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. His job bores him to no end. He has decided to make it more interesting.
History: Gifted from a young age, Zook studied abroad. Zook was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Zook decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and seeks redemption

Description: He is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior. He wears his beige fur down. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.
History: He got into the Barrister business at a young age. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He struck the Barrister job and began his own company from there.
Motivation: Many brigands want him driven away; and someone believes him a fraud

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this eastern gal figured out how to best use her charms to convince people to do what she wants. She is skeptical of what others tell her and is slow to trust.
History: She was born on a small isolated farm. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Animal Trainer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Animal Trainer work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She tends to her Animal Trainer job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.
Motivation: Wants to raise her children well; and her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion

He carries with him a set of glaives, each one with a sapphire on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. His hair is cut close to his head. His skin is flawless and his hazel eyes scan people very quickly.
Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Cook arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

His black hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. His eyes are amber and beady.
Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. While he appears to be a normal Half-Orc, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

He accessorizes with a grey scarf around the waist and a strap diagonally across his shirt. His red fur is heavily combed to the right. His blue eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He invites people to come help in his community garden.
History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Moon has worked very hard to control his curse. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Moon was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the giants.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it; and his religion dominates his actions
