Personality: She is a hateful person. She taunts others and blames them for her problems. She passes on several rewards to people in need. She makes a point to leave places better than she found them.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. In her 12th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Soapmaker arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: She will rave to anyone who will listen. She is cautious and jumpy. She reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. Over the years she perfected her riding and shooting skills. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: She feels threatened by others; and she is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Personality: She is a very philanthropic person; she spends her free time working at various soup kitchens. She is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: Quespa lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She always admired druidic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister; and regain custody of her daughter

He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He hates orcs. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: Born to a Shepherd, his mother struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Crown-heir hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Many orcs want him driven away; and retire the richest man in the east

Description: A middle-aged woman, she wears a blue vest with golden trim over her white shirt. Her green leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and her blue boots flare out at the collars, and is pretty ugly. Sporting a red mohawk this woman's hair draws a lot of attention. She wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into her face.

Personality: She dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the south. She invites people to come help in her community garden.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Her parents were killed by goblins in a raid when she was still a young child. The goblins captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs; and a deep hatred of goblins

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he wears a grey costume with the symbols of the sun god on his torso. His hair is always cut to a buzz. His half smiles and hazel eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Thoradin was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He is afraid of men and trembles around them

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Through the years after Conrad was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Conrad's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Priest for hire.

Motivation: He is content.

Personality: She has a good heart but also a terrible temper. She will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. She is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and to share knowledge with the world
