History: She was born in a small island village. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She bought a scythe and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and obtaining odd cultural tiefling artifacts is her passion

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.
History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his mother. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he has decided he is irredeemable

Description: A woman with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. She wears a simple yellow robe with white stripes complete with hood. Sporting a blonde mohawk this woman's hair draws a lot of attention. She wears a mask on her face.
Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She loves teas. She is very sensitive about her face. To blow off anger she lifts weights and to control her otherwise explosive temper she works out a lot.
History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Anastrianna grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Anastrianna. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.
Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help; and she possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Description: This tall, slender man is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright brown and yellow, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. His gray fur is knotted and matted. His yellow eyes dart from person to person.
Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Tabaxis in Art's homeland. Art decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and to pay off his debts

History: He was raised in a desert tribe. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers

Description: He wears a tattered pair of loose green pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs, and carries kukris. He sports a flattop hair cut. His half smiles and silver eyes are beguiling and draw you in.
Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.
History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. Through the years after Damakos was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Damakos's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

Description: He is an average looking eastern male in his early mid-life. He is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes.. His long chestnut hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.
Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Gnome in existence. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.
History: Crampernap was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. After coming to the age of reason, Crampernap took it upon himself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and he's looking for his big break

Her gray eyes peer out from beneath her top black hat.
Personality: She is a woman who does what she needs to. She will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. She is always in debt, since she spends her money on lavish parties and gifts for friends
History: Nella lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She found a children's book about a Half-Orc Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.
Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact.
