History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the west; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Mason born in the past three hundred years. She is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Over the years she perfected her riding and shooting skills. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: He was born in the west. Fragrant abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature shield.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. After coming to the age of reason, Bryseis took it upon herself to study the divine arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She was granted divine powers by her dying sister.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and wants to open a new tavern
