Description: She is a husky woman, who is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by her earthly robes.. With bright red hair. Her amber eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: She hates Half-Elves with a passion. As such she is filled with self loathing. She is obsessed with a lost civilization.
History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Soapmaker. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
Motivation: Meet up once more with her childhood friend; and she wants to meet her childhood hero

Personality: Volen is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. She is an amazing painter.
History: Her psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Volen fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: She was born in a small mountains village. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She tends to her Tanner job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Description: This southern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy silver hair. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.
History: The child of a Guard, who enjoyed hunting, Faran was taken on many hunting expeditions. Faran abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and to protect his home

Description: He prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for his hunting needs. He carries with him a set of monstrous two handed axes, each one with a topaz on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. His red fur is lengthy. His blue eyes peer out from beneath his broad brown hat.
Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Shivering is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

History: The child of a Mortician, who enjoyed hunting, Aldous was taken on many hunting expeditions. His first spouse was a Mortician, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Mortician they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Engraver, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Description: He wears a grey shirt, with a black mid length shorts with black tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them, and carries daggers. His hair is cut close to his head. His eyes are brown and catlike.
Personality: He exudes charisma. He is a tour de force of persuasion. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.
History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. William took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up dagger and armor he uses now. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. William fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: She misses her glory days as an athlete. She does not mind her job, but it is boring in comparison. She refers to her adoptive mother for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

Description: This woman is very fat, and is dressed in earthy colors with a tan and white handkerchief worn on her left side. Her hair, while still mostly black, has prominent grey streaks. Her eyes are hazel and she is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage son.
History: The child of eastern immigrants she idolized her mother. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. Being a Sage kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
