History: Silvo was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. Some 7 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Ortegar never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and balancing his hectic life and new guard responsibilities is difficult

Personality: She is a woman who does what she needs to. She will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. She is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She tends to her Shipwright job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Personality: This woman loves music and to teach people music more than just about anything. She believes the world needs to unite to get rid of giants once and for all.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Reddlepop was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud.

History: Gargax hails from a village terrorized by drow. In his 17th year, his parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Gargax alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety; and someone believes him a fraud

Personality: She does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. She believes the world needs to unite to get rid of orcs once and for all.

History: Kali was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. At some point she was captured by orcs and was tortured. After several years of this she finally managed to escape. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: She wants revenge against orcs.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered dancing. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: He was raised in a plains tribe. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and wants to raise his children well
