Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.
History: She was born in the north, but her parents moved at a very young age to the west. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.
Motivation: To clean up the streets; and she is greedy

Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. She has a habit of throwing herself into exceedingly dangerous situations.
History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Veloptima was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Ostracized due to the martial powers of her oldest brother, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Gnomes became a terror of the countryside. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg.

Her black hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. Her eyes are likewise amber. Her teeth are white and perfect.
Personality: Eldeth is a sociable creature first and foremost. She loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. She can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. She is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.
History: Eldeth was born with her father's beautiful face. Ostracized due to the divine powers of her oldest brother, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Dwarves became a terror of the countryside. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Glassblower. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.
Motivation: She is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and wants to work out more often

History: Born to a Sculptor, his father struggled to pay the bills. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: To settle down with his crush; and he's repulsed by the pc

History: John was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying sister.

Personality: She does not care much for physical appearances, nor does she care much for other people. She does however care about what she wants and getting it. The war was a terrible time for her, and Right-Handed does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.
History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: She has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. She is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with her big mouthed big gutted partner. Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Cartwright business.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.
Motivation: Her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and wants to raise her children well

Description: An older man who dresses in black turtlenecks beneath a white coat with green slacks, he is not a threatening figure. He has moderate length purple hair. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Cressel's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.
History: Cressel was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. Cressel abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.
