History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Quarion embodies much of what other species detest in the Half-Elves. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: Born in the south to a Soapmaker, Quarion learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He's also a talented Adventurer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Description: She is a pot bellied western woman with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. She wears a large hat to cast shadows over her face and wears ponchos to better hide her body. Her tied-back hair is red. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. She also is a firm believer in the womanly ideal.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

Motivation: Marry her brother to traveling adventurers; and doesn't want to be a jeweler and was forced into it by her family

History: Richard was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. Personality: She is witty, but her monotone delivery comes off as unnerving Tawar is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her sisters into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: A powerful slaver made her what she is. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: To reunite with her absent mother; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: He was born at the edge of vast desert. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear.
