History: The child of a Sage, who enjoyed hunting, Biri was taken on many hunting expeditions. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. A freak accident while working with his Miner father left him crippled. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Whurbin was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright.
