Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of gnolls once and for all.

History: He was born in a small forest village. At a young age his father died while driving off some gnolls. His mother being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in whip use. He bought a whip and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and he wants revenge against gnolls

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He works hard and plays hard.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he is greedy

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Dragonborn companion (his 'brother'). He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature sword.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. In his 13th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: Regain custody of her son; and she would like to get married and retire

Personality: She is mildly Human supremacist, though she does not identify as such. She is skeptical of what others tell her and is slow to trust.

History: She was born at the edge of vast island. Over the years she perfected her riding and shooting skills. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by dire rats. Eloise was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the dire rats.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge; and many dire rats want her driven away

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Doctor and was forced into it by her family; and sabotage a competitor
