Personality: Ootah speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. She is clearly well-traveled and educated. She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In her 10th year, her parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Ootah alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She now mingles about in high society.
