History: A child with a great deal of music talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

She refers to her adoptive father for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. She dropped out of school to support her sick father, and resented it. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Hunter they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Mayor, and she later adopted a second son.

History: Vlorn was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break.

Description: An older woman who wears rags and sports a simple walking cane, she is not a threatening figure. Her moppish white hair is in a traditional bowl cut. Her brown eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. She disdains her fellow easterners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Half-Elven activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Half-Elven doctor. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and she desires to right it; and many illithids want her driven away

History: She was raised in a plains tribe. She was an apprentice working in her father's forge. She has worked as a Guard like her father before her.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and balancing her hectic life and new guard responsibilities is difficult

Personality: While she is on the job, she is grim and serious. She understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. She is cautious and jumpy. She reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Shepherd hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

Motivation: She desires power and/or immortality; and she feels threatened by others

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his mother. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Frug has worked very hard to control his curse. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: He wants revenge against orcs; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Description: A middle-aged woman, she wears a blue costume with the symbols of magic on her torso, and is pretty ugly. Her moppish auburn hair is in a traditional bowl cut. Her amber eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: She dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the north. She never wears the same outfit twice, unless she absolutely has to.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Through the years after Silaqui was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Silaqui's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Silaqui and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC.

Personality: Damien is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: The child of a Guard, who enjoyed hunting, Damien was taken on many hunting expeditions. He found a children's book about a Halfling Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Body Guard for hire.
