Description: She is a paragon of her species. She is larger and stronger than most Gnomes. Her skin is dark but she possesses many red ritualistic tattoos. She is renowned for her bright tan dresses and hats. She keeps her long brown hair kept up in a rat tail. Her amber eyes peer out from beneath her deerstalker tan hat.
Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. She tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.
History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Merchant arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a son. She now mingles about in high society.

Description: This younger middle-aged woman likes to wear tan tank tops with brown skirt, and a wedding ring on her right hand. Her golden hair is well kept. She is missing an eye and her face is severely sunburned. Her one remaining eye shines gray.
Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. She has a habit of throwing herself into exceedingly dangerous situations.
History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Mara was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Mara decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.
Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and she will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact

Personality: Quiet and reserved she prefers to listen than to talk. She will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.
History: She was born in the west, but her parents moved at a very young age to the east. Shivering was born on a far western plains where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Barkeep. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.
Motivation: She would like to get married and retire; and many brigands want her driven away

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.
History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
Motivation: Many illithids want him driven away; and revenge

Personality: Kathra is a sociable creature first and foremost. She loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. She can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. She is used to getting what she wants. In part because she is a meticulous planner.
History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.
Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion.

Personality: She is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. She enjoys reading and quiet.
History: Gifted from a young age, Five studied abroad. After coming to the age of reason, Five took it upon herself to study the necromantic arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He found a children's book about a Tiefling Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature dagger.
