Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and she desires to right it; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister

Personality: She is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends she is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy herself. A true patriot, Ishte would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
