History: He was born in the east. In his 13th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears a worn and beaten armor. His silver hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He worked as a nervous Masseuse and found it very stressful. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Her green eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this western gal figured out how to best use her charms to convince people to do what she wants. When she's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, she's doing singing.

History: When she was but 8 years old her parents immigrated from the west. Through the years after Volen was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Volen's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever she goes.

Motivation: She is greedy; and money/treasure

Description: This man wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized white coat, and sports empty pouches on his belt. His hair is long and auburn with streaks of brown, and is pulled back with small white clips. His beard is brown, braided, and well cared for. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Ugol was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: She likes to be helpful to her clients. She likes to prescribe proper advice to her clients. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Adelaide grew up listening to her father's many stories. A gifted student she started as a Courier, but she got bored and became a Blacksmith. In the meantime she has taken over work as a Blacksmith and occasionally as a mercenary.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

Description: A thin woman, she clearly needs to put on some weight, but she still has a lot of muscle. She wears a white coat over a black low-cut shirt, and a Stetson hat upon her head. Her hair, while still mostly golden, has prominent grey streaks. Her green eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: She is happy with her job as a Banker. She turns her eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Chenna is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: She was raised by priests from a young age. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and expand her business

She tend to wears goggles to shield her eyes.

Personality: She is shy and timid. She has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. She is skeptical of what others tell her and is slow to trust.

History: Born to a Courier, her father struggled to pay the bills. Her first spouse was a Courier, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

Motivation: Regain custody of her daughter; and she wants to meet her childhood hero

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He was granted martial powers by his dying sister.
