History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, she was no stranger to responsibility. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Bounty Hunter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered writing. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Dee embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. She is cautious and jumpy. She reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: When she was but 4 years old her parents immigrated from the west. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Halflings in Dee's homeland. Dee decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Dee fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: She is terrified, and will act out of fear.

History: He was born in the east. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Arava grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Arava. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Locksmith.
