Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Hatae has worked very hard to control her curse. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Bowyer. She tends to her Bowyer job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Motivation: Regain custody of her daughter; and an old rival family wants her found

Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. She is fiercely devoted to her father, and views her father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-brother.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. She has worked as a Detective like her father before her.

Personality: Alain wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Sorcerer, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... She enjoys reading and quiet.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Alain fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Nora was born with her father's beautiful face. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a daughter. Some 2 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Nora never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her father had trained her before.
