History: Born in the south to a Laborer, Uthemar learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Uthemar was born on a far southern forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Laborer. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Laborer for the past few years.

He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Personality: She is happy with her job as a Mayor. She turns her eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: She was born in the south, but her parents moved at a very young age to the east. She worked as a nervous Mayor and found it very stressful. She has achieved small success as a Mayor.
