History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Hethress was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. A freak accident while working with her Slave Trader father left her crippled. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

History: Azzakh was born with his father's beautiful face. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs; and his religion dominates his actions

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world.

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She misses her home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: The child of western immigrants she idolized her father. Gadreel was born on a far western island where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Glassblower. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His parents enrolled him in a Sorcerer school at a young age so that he could practice his psionic talents. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: Wants his loneliness to end.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He has had some formal singing training, and achieved minor success. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
