Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. A true patriot, Gunter would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.
History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the north were limited. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Gunter fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: 6'8" and lanky with angular features, he is an attractive figure. He dresses like a well dressed Spice Merchant does. His gray fur is heavily combed to the right. He has gleaming, smiling yellow eyes.
Personality: He hates Tabaxis with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. A true patriot, Sun would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.
History: Sun was born the youngest of three triplets. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He now owns his own business.
Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers.

History: She was born in the west, but her parents moved at a very young age to the north. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Stableman. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Description: He wears black trousers with violet and grey striped suspenders. He wears various colorful collared shirts. He is physically well-built. His white hair is cut short. He wears an eyepatch.
Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Half-Orcs in Ar-Beka's homeland. Ar-Beka decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and nothing but the best is good enough for him

Description: He dresses well, typically a more casual-formal manner. His attire stands in sharp contrast to his axe, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a card on it. His crest is gold, silky, and of moderate length. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his gold eyes.
Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. A true patriot, Salasar would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.
History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. After a long history of fighting, Salasar and his spouse have recently divorced.

Description: She is in excellent shape and prefers to wear black clothing when she does not wear armor. Her rusty crest is singed and shortened. She wears a mask on her face.
Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation she is generally quite perceptive. She notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.
History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Megren grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Megren. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
Motivation: She has decided she is irredeemable; and seeks redemption

Description: An older man who is typically in his Mason uniform, he is not a threatening figure. He has shaved his head bald. He wears an eyepatch.
Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. Fonkin enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.
History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Fonkin was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Mason for hire.
Motivation: Further expansion of business; and to be a unemployed again
