History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. Silgre was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Silgre decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: Fargrim was born with his mother's beautiful face. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. Some 8 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Fargrim never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

Personality: She has two modes she varies between. On the job she is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job she is a party animal. She lacks restraint and is impulsive. She jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the east were limited. She struck the Jeweler job and began her own company from there.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and she is unsatisfied with her job

Personality: She likes to make people angry or surprised. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: Nurkara lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: An old rival family wants her found; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions

Personality: She is happy with her job as a Sellsword. She turns her eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a son. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and she desires to right it; and someone believes her a fraud

Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes orcs are coming to abduct people. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.

History: She was born at the edge of vast mountains. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and revenge

He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Dwarves in the north were limited. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes orcs are coming to abduct people. She is kind towards other women and children and will generally offer women help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to her.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Her parents were killed by orcs in a raid when she was still a young child. The orcs captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud; and she is content

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered west to less war torn lands. Being a Cartwright kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: She has decided she is irredeemable; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions
