Description: This man is very fat, and wears suspenders and grey workpants. His shirt is blue, and he wears a heavy grey leather apron most of the time. His white hair is matted, messy, and big. He has amber eyes and a grey hat with a blue feather.
Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.
History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. Through the years after Alberich was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Alberich's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He struck the Spice Merchant job and began his own company from there.
Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.

Description: His left thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He wears light armors faded through time and improper care. His black hair is knotted and matted. His hazel eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.
Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. He is frequently practicing swordplay.
History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Gardain was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.
History: Cory hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and someone believes him a fraud

He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 4'0" when asserting himself. His auburn hair and beard is wavy and long. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: He exudes charisma. He is a tour de force of persuasion. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing painting.
History: Duergath was born the youngest of three triplets. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He now mingles about in high society.
Motivation: To pay off his debts; and he uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs

Personality: She likes to be helpful to her clients. She likes to prescribe proper advice to her clients. She refers to her adoptive father for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: Serpent was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A gifted student she started as a Ruler, but she got bored and became a Fisher. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Ruler they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Fisher, and she later adopted a second son.
Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister

Description: He wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his longbow with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. His black fur has been sun bleached extensively. His blue eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.
History: He was born in the east. Trail was born on a far eastern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Navigator. He tends to his Navigator job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.
History: Heian was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Gardener hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.
Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved.

Personality: Pyntle wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Sorcerer, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... She is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in her opinion.
History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Pyntle has worked very hard to control her curse. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.
Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture; and wants to work out more often
