Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Howard embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Through the years after Howard was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Howard's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He's also a talented Weaver, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: The child of a Masseuse, who enjoyed hunting, Cumpen was taken on many hunting expeditions. Like her father and her sister before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Layabout. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: She likes to be helpful to her clients. She likes to prescribe proper advice to her clients. She believes the world needs to unite to get rid of goblins once and for all.

History: Baelitae was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Baker for hire.

Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job; and balancing her hectic life and new baker responsibilities is difficult

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His father took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and seeks redemption

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Norkruuth was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Norkruuth decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He struck the Seamstress job and began his own company from there.

History: She got into the Detective business at a young age. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a daughter. She has set out to sabotage the competition.
