Personality: Tree wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Sorcerer, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... She claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day she will do what she thinks is right.
History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Tabaxis in the south were limited. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Description: He wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with Stetson hat. He has relatively dark skin and is very physically imposing due to his abundance of muscles. He wears his white hair up in a very large beehive style do. His face is scarred and worn.
Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.
History: Born in the north to a Tailor, Peren learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Description: This woman is bedraggled and starved. She is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of her physical features obscured. She wears a wide-brimmed hat to hide her balding. Her face is full, her cheeks are rosy, and she always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in her amber eyes.
Personality: She is extraordinarily eccentric. Her temper goes off on the smallest of things. She tends to lash out at those around her.
History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. While she appears to be a normal Gnome, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Nissa fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC.

Description: He wears tight fitting pants and leather jackets. He usually doesn't wear a shirt. He has a moderate pudge and is not very fit. His hair is short and silver. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.
Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.
History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture.

Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes dire rats are coming to abduct people. She invented a lineage for herself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.
History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. At some point she was captured by dire rats and was tortured. After several years of this she finally managed to escape. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: Meet up once more with her childhood friend; and she has passion for adventuring and risk

Personality: She is happy with her job as a Herbalist. She turns her eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.
History: Melissa was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a old dungeon. She would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Melissa took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up bastard sword and armor she uses now. She has since lost track of the people in her past.
Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Herbalist responsibilities is difficult; and wishes to resurrect an old love

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Mijira's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. She is stubborn though. She always likes to keep a trick up her sleeve. She likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if she feels she even has a chance of losing.
History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Painter they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Navigator, and she later adopted a second son.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. A true patriot, Ratak would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.
History: Ratak lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and money/treasure
