Description: She wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. She is portly but not overly obese. Her hair is golden and very short. Her half smiles and amber eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Paela embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. She is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. After a long history of fighting, Paela and her spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. Theriatis is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and an old rival family wants him found

Description: This malnourished man is renowned for his bright blue suits and hats. He keeps his blonde hair in a flapper bob. His blue unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: Gifted from a young age, Gerbo studied abroad. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Gnomish conditions. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Description: He is a small man, but exceptionally fit. He dresses well, typically a more casual-formal manner. He wears a small hat to hide his balding. His hazel eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: Patrin was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Description: A pudgy man standing about 3'7" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears a worn and beaten armor. His blonde hair is heavily combed to the right. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. The war was a terrible time for him, and Oppleby does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Oppleby was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and he loathes his own lifestyle

Description: A well shaped woman just over fifty, she wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized brown coat. Her fur is lavender, silky, and of moderate length. Her green eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: This woman loves singing and to teach people singing more than just about anything. She seeks to pay back kindness whenever she gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip she always seeks to do solids for her friends.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She has never given up on her singing dream.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down.

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep violet leather and dull blue iron scale mail. His red hair is greasy and uncared for. His amber eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Gennal embodies much of what other species detest in the Half-Elves. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. When Gennal reached his early adolescence his Half-Elf father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Description: He wears a white vest with golden trim over his white shirt. His pastel leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his white boots flare out at the collars. He carries with him a set of sais on his belt, each one with a amber on the hilt. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: Skoth was born with his father's beautiful face. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Skoth fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
