Description: He wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat. His skin is fair and his fingers are delicate and long. His auburn hair is thinning but still full. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.
Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.
History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the north. Efferil liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Description: This woman dresses in red turtlenecks beneath a black coat with brown slacks. She has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized sapphire on her left hand. Her black hair is cut short. Her face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. Her spectacle hidden eyes are a deep gray.
Personality: She hates Halflings with a passion. As such she is filled with self loathing. She is ready at a moment's notice to give into her darker urges. She is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. She often ends up burning people alive in the fires she starts.
History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Body Guard arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She now mingles about in high society.
Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Furrele will drive conversation. She cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.
History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. She found a children's book about a Dragonborn Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
Motivation: To reunite with her old friends; and she's looking for her big break

Description: A pudgy woman standing about 4'3" has a big stupid grin on her face most of the time. She wears professional attire. Her long black hair reaches down to her waist. Her eyes are blue and she is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. The war was a terrible time for her, and Oriff does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.
History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs.

Personality: Kathra is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. She is skeptical of what others tell her and is slow to trust.
History: Kathra was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Map Maker they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Shepherd, and she later adopted a second son.
Motivation: To reunite with her absent father; and regain custody of her son

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what she was had she not made sure her armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit she is dressed in a clean pastel cloak covering her clean studded leather. Her lavender fur is unkempt and raggedy. She has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. She wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: She is irritable and easily angered. She is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use her stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Through the years after Jade was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Jade's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.
History: Barendd was born the youngest of three triplets. His first spouse was a Ruler, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.
Motivation: To clean up the streets.

Description: This man stands a little under 6'1" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He dresses well, typically a more casual-formal manner. His chestnut hair is heavily combed to the left. His eyes are likewise gold. His teeth are white and perfect.
Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Xappan isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Tiefling unity. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.
History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when drow swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by drow. Xappan was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the drow.
Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.
