Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it

Personality: She likes to fabricate stories about her past exploits and how crazy she is, but in actuality she is rather bland. The war was a terrible time for her, and Eran does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: Born to a Stylist, her father struggled to pay the bills. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Eran fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and seeks redemption

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He took after his mother in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his mother taught him to defend himself. When his mother died while fighting brigands, the young Bûth began to lead the lost caravan. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
