History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.

Description: A well shaped woman just over fifty, she has a large green mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into her brown robe. She keeps her black crest in a pixie cut. Her gold unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: She likes to brag about her accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Cook arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Ruloth was a troubled youth.
