History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Aline was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Aline decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. Gilthur was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Quarethon was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls.
