Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. A true patriot, Godfrey would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He got into the Guard business at a young age. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Guard work with an outfit from a few towns over. Guard work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. History: Merla was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
