History: Direcris hails from a village terrorized by giants. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Direcris was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the giants.

Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. She is afraid of women and trembles around them

History: Born to a Tanner, her mother struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Navigator hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, she has a hard time making friends. She is fiercely devoted to her father, and views her father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-sister.

History: Tricking lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. In her 19th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: She is terrified, and will act out of fear; and nothing but the best is good enough for her

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. She always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She was granted psionic powers by her dying sister.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. Jade was born on a far western plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Bookbinder. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He feels threatened by others; and he is wracked by social anxiety

Description: 4'10" and lanky with angular features, she is an attractive figure. She wears just a blue suit. Her red hair is thinning but still full. Her eyes are a pleasant green.

Personality: She is curt in most of her responses. She prefers to keep her word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.

History: The child of a Scribe, who enjoyed hunting, Sumnes was taken on many hunting expeditions. Over the years she perfected her riding and shooting skills. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Sumnes fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: She wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away.

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Elven activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Elven doctor. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Performer they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Hunter, and she later adopted a second son.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and doesn't want to be a hunter and was forced into it by her family

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and to prove his worth to the world

Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Dyer born in the past three hundred years. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: She was born into a rich family. She always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. After a long history of fighting, Mishann and her spouse have recently divorced.
