Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Zedaar fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. A true patriot, Tod would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Tod was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. When Tod reached his early adolescence his Halfling mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. She is an amazing painter.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In her 11th year, her parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Traulam alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: She's looking for her big break; and her religion dominates her actions

Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Ploughman. He became a Ploughman soon after.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and further expansion of business

Description: This younger middle-aged man prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. He carries his fan with him everywhere and carries himself as the perfect gentleman, and a wedding ring on his right hand. He wears his brown hair up in a very large beehive style do. His eyes are likewise brown. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: Born in the north to a Seamstress, Hrathy learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She's also a talented Scribe, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
