History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Akmen was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He now mingles about in high society.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His childhood dream was to be a Healer, but he was a colossal failure. He now owns his own business.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. Personality: She snorts whenever she laughs or is feeling confident. More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.

History: Born in the north to a Miner, Astaro learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Miner. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: To be a Body Guard again.
