Description: Standing 4'10", this man is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright tan and blue, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. His golden hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a dagger scrunchie. This violet eyed westerner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.
History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He moved out north to avoid the crime he committed. After months of barely getting by, Varis managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears brown painted combat armor at almost all times, and is pretty ugly. His hair is always cut to a buzz. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: Anselm lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He is an amazing painter.
History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Fulbar fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he has money and likes to spend it

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. He took after his father in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his father taught him to defend himself. When his father died while fighting orcs, the young Drogo began to lead the lost caravan. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Jacoba grew up listening to her father's many stories. She found a children's book about a Human Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
