History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Stableman hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Personality: She is envious of other's things. She hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that she so desires. She claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day she will do what she thinks is right.

History: Cecily was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She found a children's book about a Human Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister; and marry her sister to traveling adventurers

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes goblins are coming to abduct people. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: Born to a Ruler, his father struggled to pay the bills. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and he desires to right it; and to get a good night's sleep
