History: He got into the Scribe business at a young age. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He now owns his own business.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this eastern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Detective but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: Elegant hails from a village terrorized by brigands. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: He wants revenge against brigands.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Vanuath is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
