History: Born in the west to a Tanner, Berrian learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Tanner. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: She is happy with her job as a Tanner. She turns her eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Tanner but believes her peers are too gung-ho.

History: A powerful necromancer made her what she is. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and she desires to right it; and a deep hatred of drow

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. Kite was born on a far western mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Shoemaker. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: She is shy and timid. She has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: She was born in the west. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Personality: She goes out her way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one she won't accept into her heart. She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: She was born into a rich family. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her mother's willingness to do anything to win. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.
