History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. While he appears to be a normal Halfling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: He was born into a rich family. He worked as a nervous Doctor and found it very stressful. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
